Making my new years resolutions achievable!

The new year is here, so sorry its late but Happy New year everyone! Its that time again when we tell ourselves were gonna get up early make a green smoothie and go to the gym 4 times a week, were gonna start eating better and well dry January were we don't want to drink for a month. Lets be real now guys they are all lovely ideas but sadly they end up lasting only a few days and well if you actually do keep through with them ,well go you girl it makes one of us. I honestly think the key to new years resolutions is to write them down and not rush and push yourself into doing them but do what at a time and it doesn't have to be that you have to get up early to go the gym, you could go the gym in the afternoon and some days wake up a bit early so you have more time to do things. But honestly this year i think we all need to not put to much pressure on ourselves and look after ourselves. At the end of the day we will eventually get there but theres no point pushing ourselves too much! So go for your dreams guys, work hard but remember your limits and that you can still get there! :)
